Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours notice is required or your deposit will be forfeited. Please arrive on time and solo, as extra guests and children are not permitted. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be charged a late fee, and appointments delayed beyond 15 minutes may be canceled or rescheduled. No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 50% of the remaining balance and must be paid before booking future services.
