BOOKING POLICIES
To give you the best experience every time, please review these quick policies before you book.
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. A 24-hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please arrive on time, solo, and with a clean face (or working area for waxing services) so we can start right away and give you flawless results.
NO GUESTS
No extra guests or children allowed— this is your time to relax and glow up.
LATE ARRIVAL
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee or may be asked to reschedule.
SAME-DAY CANCEL
If you need to cancel or reschedule, a 24-hour notice is required, or your deposit will be forfeited.
NO-SHOW
No-shows may be charged 50% of the service total and must be paid before booking future services.
